Before joining the team:

  • Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License, proof of auto insurance and reliable transportation.
  • Must have a smart phone with the capability to download the business application.
  • Must be able to read, speak and understand English.
  • Must be able to work independently and/or on a team.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, sit, squat, kneel, bend, push, pull, lift up to 20 lbs with the use of hands to finger, handle, rub, grip, feel and grasp with hands and arms.
  • Must present great communication skills to listen to others and express yourself clearly.
  • Must be able to follow directions and pay attention to detail with vision abilities.
  • Must be comfortable working around pets of all kinds.
  • Must be eager to learn and give 100% all the time.
  • Must love to clean!
  • Must be positive energy!

Pay

  • Probationary Period in Training: $12 per hour for the first 16 hours worked.
  • Following Probationary Period upon completion of Certification: after 16 worked hours, increase to $14 per hour.
  • Any tips received are paid to the Team Member(s) assigned, paid once per month, following the month they were received*.

*Must be currently employed to receive tips.
