Words from the President

Hello,

My name is Misti Smith,  President & Co-founder of Honestly Clean,  based out of Ridgeway, Ohio.

I have always enjoyed cleaning and organizing, a trait I learned from my Gram as a child. In 2018, I began the Dave Ramsey Financial Peace program. I was looking for a way to earn extra money and I loved cleaning. So I picked up a few clients by word of mouth.

As the word spread of me providing cleaning services, an idea a few close friends and I had talked about a few years ago was re-mentioned: "what if you started your own company". This all happened during Covid-19 and I decided to take the plunge! I brought on one team member who also enjoyed cleaning and that is how the beginning of Honestly Clean LLC began. I had a dream, and others believed in me, even before I believed in myself.

I was able to do this with the support of my family: my husband, Todd, children Addie, Jarrett, Cameron and Emma.

Honestly Clean LLC is an Honest and trustworthy cleaning company that can provide services for all of your needs all while serving Christ. We hope that you will feel blessed by the work we are able to provide to you and your families.

Tiffany joined the Honestly Clean LLC team in spring of 2021. She began her journey as a residential cleaner, advancing quickly and is now managing for the business. Tiffany is oftentimes the person communicating with the team members and clients for all relations. In her role as Office Manager, she will be working on improving the business to make the best experience for our clients, passing along the daily tasks to our newest office member.

Tiffany is married to her husband, Tim, and they have three children: Gage, Linkyn and Prezley.

Tiffany has a passion to help others and enjoys baking.
